What kind of manufacturing does Oyo handle?
Making in batches or to order: food, garments, oils, pipes, chemicals and assembled goods. Recipes can have several levels, and every batch is costed from the materials, labour and overheads it used.
Can Oyo track job work sent outside?
Yes. Send cloth for embroidery or parts for plating as job work. Oyo knows what each job worker holds, what came back and what it cost, so nothing goes missing between workshops.
How does Oyo plan production?
From your orders and your stock. Oyo works out what to make and when, shows which materials will be short in time to buy them, and turns the plan into work orders for the floor.
Does Oyo handle piece rates?
Yes. Each worker's pieces are counted as they are made and flow into payroll at month end. A count is never edited, only struck out with a reason, so everyone can trust the total.
