Can I see whether a project is making money?

Yes. Time, materials, expenses and bills are recorded against each project as they happen, so you see its cost and margin today rather than when the job is over.

Do technicians need a laptop in the field?

No. Technicians see their visits on a phone, record parts and time at the customer's site and get the customer's signature on screen. The visit is invoiced from the same record.

Can customers raise complaints themselves?

Yes. Customers raise a ticket by WhatsApp, email or your website. Each ticket gets an owner and a deadline, and the customer is told when it is resolved.

Does Oyo bill subscriptions and contracts?

Yes. Monthly plans and service contracts are invoiced on their dates, renewals are flagged ahead of time, and you see what each contract brings in.
