Website and product terms

Clear boundaries make better work.

These general terms apply to use of the Oyo website and public materials. A signed order form, service agreement, statement of work, or data agreement governs contracted services.

01

Website and service terms

These terms govern use of the Oyo website and general interactions before a signed service contract. A signed order form, proposal, service agreement, support policy, data processing agreement, or partner agreement controls where it conflicts with these general terms.

Using the website does not create a customer, partner, employment, fiduciary, tax advisory, or legal advisory relationship.

02

Product information and evidence

Website material describes products, services, operating approaches, and configurable capabilities at a general level. Availability can depend on module, deployment, configuration, integration, third party, regulated provider, location, version, and contracted scope.

A demo, proposal, comparison, estimate, outcome statement, compliance statement, or timeline is not a contractual commitment unless included in a signed agreement with its assumptions and acceptance terms.

03

Accounts and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, follow assigned access, and promptly report suspected misuse or security incidents.

  • Do not access records or actions without authorization
  • Do not interfere with service security, availability, or integrity
  • Do not introduce malicious code or attempt to extract protected source or data
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activity
  • Review system recommendations as required by the workflow and applicable professional duty
04

Implementation and customer responsibilities

Implementation depends on timely decisions, accurate data, subject matter experts, user availability, third-party access, infrastructure, testing, training, and acceptance by the customer.

The signed scope should identify responsibilities for configuration, migration, integrations, custom work, devices, connectivity, compliance advice, approvals, rollout, support, and change requests.

05

Third-party services

Some workflows may connect to third-party platforms, licensed integrators, payment providers, messaging services, hosting providers, devices, or government systems. Their terms, approval, availability, data handling, and changes can affect the service.

Oyo does not control a third party merely because an integration is offered or coordinated.

06

Intellectual property and feedback

Oyo and its licensors retain rights in the website, product, documentation, methods, branding, and related materials. Customer data and customer-specific ownership are governed by the signed agreement.

Feedback may be used to improve Oyo without restriction, provided it does not require disclosure of customer confidential information or transfer rights not owned by the contributor.

07

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided for general information without a guarantee that every statement is complete, current, error free, or suitable for a particular decision.

Contractual warranties, service levels, liability limits, exclusions, indemnities, remedies, and insurance are defined in the signed agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

08

Suspension, termination, and changes

Access may be limited or suspended to protect customers, systems, rights, or legal obligations, or to address misuse or nonpayment under the applicable contract.

These terms may be updated as the website, services, or legal requirements evolve. Continued website use after publication is subject to the current version. Contract changes follow the signed agreement.
