Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your site starts at yourname.oyoerp.com, and you can point your own domain at it whenever you like. Oyo shows the settings to change, checks them and adds the padlock for a secure site.
Does the store show real stock?
Yes. Products show as in stock, only a few left or out of stock from your real stock, and items you cannot sell are hidden. Stock counts and costs never appear on the site.
How do customers pay?
By card, mobile wallet or cash on delivery. Online payments go straight into your own merchant account; Oyo records each payment and never holds your customers' money.
Can I sell on Shopify, WooCommerce or Daraz too?
Yes. Connect your Shopify, WooCommerce or Daraz store and its orders arrive in Oyo as sales orders, while its stock levels follow Oyo's.
Do online orders reach the warehouse by themselves?
Yes. Each web order becomes a sales order, ready to pick, pack and hand to a courier, and the customer is told on WhatsApp when it is confirmed and sent.
